I shared this fabulous box for gifting or storing cards in on last week’s Live video. It’s one of those projects you NEED to make!

I found a similar project on Pinterest but the measurements weren’t for A2 cards so I reconfigured it and came up with this one. I love it and the fact that it’s super easy makes it a must have to save among your project ideas.

I used Secret Sea card stock, the DSP and with the retiring Branching Out dies (so sad!) for the front. The Secret Sea bordered ribbon is perfect to wrap and tie into a bow for giving.

If you don’t have these Branching Out dies; I think they’re a must have! Get them ASAP before they’re gone for good.

It features the Lovely Blossoms suite; especially the Lovely Blossoms designer paper here and the Lovely Arrangements bundle seen here.

I added three cards & envelopes inside the box but it would fit 5-6 cards if they’re not too thick.

I’ll share the cards in my blog post tomorrow. But in the meantime the template for this box is below.

Seriously the Best Cards with Golden Honey Folio gift pouch & video

I chose to use the Golden Honey Specialty Designer Paper for my color inspiration. It's Black, White with Gold foil accents. Measurements and details are below.

As you can see I made a few cards with just black, white and gold. Then I added color on the other with Melon Mambo & used just the black and white DSP. You can add any of your favorite colors to this pretty paper; Black and White is just the beginning!

Here are the measurements for the folio pouch and cards.
- Folio is 8 1/2" X 11". Score on the long side at 5 1/4" and 5 3/4". Score on the short side at 6 1/2".
- DSP on the front is 4 1/2" X 5 3/4" and the white layer is 4 5/8" X 6"
- Cards measure 4 1/4" X 9"; scored at 5 1/2". DSP is 3 1/4" X 4" and 1 7/8" X 4".

Positive Thoughts; This or That?

I did have trouble getting a good photo of the actual colors on this one. I added Petal Pink/Champagne ribbon and Champagne rhinestones to this one. I cannot resist adding these when I can. They're beautiful!

Pleased as Punch Cards kit to go; bright and springy!

For February I chose to feature the new Pleased as Punch designer paper for my cards kit to go. It's bright and springy and coordinates with 4 of our newest punches! The Tulip, Umbrella, Heart Punch pack and new Blossom punches are the four.

I absolutely love these cards! All of the 5 designs are unique fun fold cards which are always a delight to create and fun for the recipient. Here's a photo of the Pleased as Punch designer paper; available now!

I used the following inks: Gorgeous Grape, Balmy Blue and Calypso Coral.
