Under My Umbrella Bridge fold card with video

This card was a big hit at my Card Clubs in February.  It's a bridge fold card featuring the Under My Umbrella bundle.  See it here.

To create this card you'll cut your base card short and add another short piece at the bottom. The Daffodil and Balmy Blue layers 'bridge' the base layers.  Really cool.  And I was able to die-cut the Balmy Blue scalloped rectangle from the leftover piece from the middle.  I love using my card stock so perfectly.  *See measurements below.

The Under My Umbrella stamps and punch bundle is just $30.50 for both! It has so MANY cute images and wonderful greetings.  I just love it! We stamped the images in Basic Gray ink and colored them in with Blends markers

Measurements:

  • Balmy Blue 4 1/4" X 6 3/4" scored at 5 1/2", plus a second piece at 1 1/4" X 4 1/4" for the bottom
    White inside 3 X 4 1/4" and a scrap for greeting punch
    Daffodil Delight 3 1/4" X 4 1/2"
    Balmy Blue scalloped die-cut 3" X 4"
    Pleased as punch DSP 2 1/2" X 3 5/8" front, two strips 1" X 4" for top and bottom plus scrap for
    umbrella punch

  • Pretty Prints card kit to go in June

    Check out these colorful cards for this month's kit to go! I am featuring the Pretty Prints designer paper and the Lovely Layers Vellum.

    There's quite a variety of cards here from fun birthday to pretty all occasions cards.  I used two stamp sets for the greetings here – Good Feelings & Nature's Prints. I design my kit cards around the colors & product so you can use greetings you already own, but if you'd prefer you can add on either or both stamp sets to the kits. 

    This kit includes these 10 striking cards and the PDF tutorial.  Opt in to get one by June 19th here.
