Two great Fun-fold card swaps today

Today I’m sharing two more of my Flowerbug Team swaps and both are fun fold layouts. Our theme was Monochromatic cards and these cards include similar colors.

First is Kim’s card featuring the Peace on Earth bundle that’s coming in the new 2025 Holiday catalog in September; just a few weeks away! The long leaves die-cut is from the Memorable Blooms dies but is now retired.

Her colors include Cloud Cover with Pretty Peacock & White. For the large oval die-cuts she used the Impressions Abloom dies seen here. The Damask Designs embossing folder was used on the Cloud Cover 2-toned card stock panel.

Measurements:

card base 11″ X 4 1/4″ score at 2 3/4″ & 5 1/2″
2-toned CS textured panel 2 1/2″ X 4″
Peacock inside 5 1/4″ X 4″

Here’s how her card opens: These doves in this upcoming bundle are so pretty. Perfect for sympathy, wedding or other events.

Next is a cute card made by Candy featuring the Jar of Joy stamp set seen here. It coordinates with the Sweet Jar punch seen here.

Her colors include Pretty Peacock, Lost Lagoon, Pool Party & White. Embossing folders are So Swirly & Damask Designs. Dies are Nested Essentials and Textured Notes.

It’s a neat fun fold card that opens up from each side:

She’s calling it a ‘Buckle Fold card’. Here are her measurements:

Peacock card base 6 1/2″ X 5 1/2″ score at 2 1/4″, latch strip is 5 1/4″ X 2″ score at 2 3/4″

Fabulous 1 sheet box for A2 cards with a free project sheet & video too!

I shared the coolest box on last week's video. It is made from 1 sheet of designer paper!

It fits six A2 sized cards and envelopes inside. It's the perfect way to gift cards to someone.

I used the Sunny Days Sale-a-Bration paper for the box and the cards too. Of course Sale-a-Bration is now over but hopefully you ordered this beautiful paper. If not you can substitute any other designer paper.

Each of the cards are an easy fun fold layout. I'll share measurements here too but they are included in the project sheet too.

This first one is a fun version of a book-binding card fold. Just add one more piece of card stock and you have a whole new card layout!

Measurements: Petal Pink card 11" X 4 1/4" score at 2 1/8", 4 1/4" & 5 1/2". 2nd piece is 3 1/4" X 4", White inside 2" X 4". DSP – large panel is 3" X 4", left is 1" X 4" & right is 2" X 4"

This next card has the designer paper as the card front; attached to the front flap. Love this and how you can see both sides of our pretty paper!

Measurements: Poppy Parade card 5 1/4" X 5 1/2" score at 4 1/4". DSP – 1 piece at 3/4" X 5 1/2", 1 piece at 4" X 5 1/2". Petal Pink CS is 4" X 1"

This is a great fold that uses the trimmed off card base as the front panel. Love this one!!

There will be over 20 brand new products in the Online Exclusives offering! There are two adorable new designer papers, many new stamps sets & bundles plus an embossing folder and new gems. *these are available while supplies last.

Today I'm sharing a card I created for an online card swap. It features the new A Little Latte designer paper and a new stamp bundle called The Little Things.

Details:
- My colors include Lost Lagoon, Early Espresso, White & Pecan Pie.
- The Little Things stamp set features a few larger words – outline & solid images plus many smaller greetings that fit the banner dies in the bundle.
- I stamped the coffee splatters background in Versamark ink
- The coffee cups are fussy cut
- Measurements: DSP is 4 1/2" X 2 1/4", Espresso layer 4 3/4" X 2 1/2", Pecan Pie strip 1 3/4" X 4 1/4", White greeting is 4 3/4" X 3/4"
There are a few sheets of the A Little Latte designer paper that feature cups of coffee. I used both types on my cards below fussy cutting them. I actually enjoy fussy cutting easy images out.

The above photo shows the new Happy Little Things bundle – it has two new banner dies that coordinate with the smaller greetings in the set. I was surprised at how easy it was to stamp the solid 'Celebrate' to match the outline image. Out of all of my 16 cards I only had to stamp one over.
