Wow – Texturing Vellum is a fabulous effect! Check out this pretty Softly Sophisticated card

I couldn't stop playing with the Softly Stippled designer paper and the Softly Sophisticated bundle! This card came together by using a sketch layout I saw online.

There are so many neat details on this card; I'll list a few of them.

Check out the textured vellum! It's done with the Softly Sophisticated folder (sale-a-Bration choice). Our vellum cardstock doesn't crack!
The pretty Softly Stippled designer paper seen here in the background adds even more texture.
The dotted rectangle die-cut is from the Everyday Details dies seen here.
Check out the ribbon treatment. I tied a bow around the Pool Party ribbon (Sale-a-Bration choice) with the Pebbled Path jute twine – separated into one strand.
The stamps are from the Softly Sophisticated bundle seen here – gorgeous greetings and 2-step florals.

I've mentioned it before but I'm finding our new Pebbled Path to be a wonderful neutral color with our soft subtle colors. It's brown but with a slight gray tone to it. Lovely!

Everyday Details Fun Fold card

I hope you enjoyed your New Year's weekend. We had a nice 3 day weekend with no plans at all. My husband was in the mood to clean and organize so we did lots of cleaning, boxing up donated items and taking down outside Christmas lights.

Plus we made some fabulous meals, put together a puzzle and watched some of our favorite shows. I love a relaxing yet productive weekend!

This is one of the swap cards I made last month. I joined 6 swaps and had to make around 18-22 of each.

It features the new Everyday Details bundle and the new Rock & Roll designer paper. Both are new products in our upcoming 2024 Spring catalog – it goes live on Thursday, January 4th!

I stamped the nest image on one of the die-cuts in the bundle and the greeting on another.

- White card base is 8 1/2" X 5 1/2" scored at 3" & 7 1/4"
- Rock & Roll DSP is 2 3/4" X 5 1/4"
- Coastal Cabana is 1" X 5 1/4"; textured with the Basics 3D emboss folder
- The eggs are colored with Wink of Stella and Coastal Cabana ink.

I hope your new year is filled with Peace, Good Health, Happiness & Prosperity

I thought I'd share the event we held on December 16th. My local friends and I held a big fundraising Holiday Bazaar to benefit a few local non-profit organizations.

It was held at our church and as you can see it was jam packed with fabulous handmade crafts & goodies. We offered tons of crafts, gifts, handmade cards, baked & home-canned goods, cookie trays & more. Plus we had a silent auction, vendors and lunch!

It was a great success as we raised over $3200 for our charities! It was a fun-filled day and the time & effort was well worth it to support our local non-profits.
