Sweet Citrus bundle with a Hybrid embossing folder; you can texture & cut at the same time!

In a recent video I shared multiple projects featuring the Sweet Citrus bundle.  Every card I make with this set is my favorite!  How can that be?

Let's start with colors – they're Balmy Blue with Daffodil Delight and Garden Green.  So fresh and spring-like.  

The designer paper is called Country Gingham seen here. 

The images and greetings are all from the Sweet Citrus stamp set. It comes in a bundle with dies AND a Hybrid embossing folder. See it here

What is a Hybrid embossing folder?  It's one that allows you to cut AND texture at the same time.  You can use it the usual way as well.  But using the die & folder together eliminates a step.  I show how it's done in the video here.

There are many reasons to get this bundle but the greetings are a big one.  So perfect and coordinate nicely with the stamp theme.

  • Pretty Marvelous Nature card with video tutorial & measurements

    I've seen a few projects with the Marvelous Nature set and was intrigued by it's reverse images. And it's nature so I ordered it.  This card was one of two I made on this week's Live video:

    I chose to use Lost Lagoon with Pretty Peacock. I also added some of the Hello, Irresistible designer paper. This pretty DSP is on sale right now too!  See it here.  

    You may also spy the shimmery strip beside the greeting.  This is our Soft Shimmer 12" X 12" paper pack seen here.  It has 5 rich colors in it.

  • Colorful Inked Botanicals card kit or PDF tutorial option; available now

    The Inked Botanicals designer paper is a favorite of my customers so I chose it as one of my June card kits.  The color combinations and botanical prints are pretty and quite colorful too. 

    Here are the cards I came up with:

  • Gorgeously Made & Delightfully Eclectic swaps

    I thought I'd share a few swaps I received on the Norway incentive trip. 

    This first card was made by Alanna Wharf. It features the Gorgeously Made bundle seen here.

    This card put me over the edge; now I have to get this bundle!  

    She used the Masterfully Made 12" designer paper seen here (sale price now at $10.62) and the Soft Shimmer 12" combo pack on the leaf die-cut.

    Here's a close-up of this specialty paper and the Exposed Brick 3D embossing folder.  I love the simplicity of this card; it really shows off the die-cut, pretty DSP & texture.
