I'm also sharing this amazing card we made at my November card clubs. I cased it from my friend Susie Wood; she generously shared her idea and card with me. You can see more of her work here on her blog.

Measurements:

  • Black – card base 4 1/4" X 11" scored at 5 1/2", Black scalloped circle 2 3/4", plus a 2" X 4 1/2" strip, scored every inch for the flip box & a 3/4" X 2" strip for the flip part
  • White inside 4" X 5 1/4", White circle 2 1/3"
    Heartwarming Hugs DSP 1 1/2" X 4"
    Red circle 2 7/8"

  • Darling Donkey’s Birthday card

    The Darling Donkey's stamp set (seen here) is one of the most popular sets in our Sale-a-Bration promotion right now.  So I chose to use it for my card clubs in January.  We made this cute but easy card:

    The colors are Pool Party, So Saffron and Black.  That cute designer paper is called Flower & Field and is also from our Sale-a-Bration promotion that runs through February.  See it here.

    Measurements:

    • Pool Party card 5 1/2" X 8 1/2"
    • So Saffron 2" X 4 1/4"
    • Flower & Field DSP 3" X 5 1/2"
    • White die-cut 2 1/2" X 4" 

    I used the Balloon Bouquet punch with this DSP for a quick accent.  I glued the Black & White twine down with liquid Multipurpose Glue.  The donkey is colored in with Blends markers.

  • Striking cards with Pretty Perennials with True Love DSP

    If the True Love designer paper hasn't caught your eye yet look at these cards:

    I paired it with the Pretty Perennials stamp and dies bundle for a recent FB Live.  I used Bermuda Bay, Real Red and black. Simple Stamping at it's best!  No die-cuts or punches either!  Sometimes it's fun to just stamp and layer.

    Lastly here's the stepped-up card I made using heat embossing and the Perennial Petal dies.  See the Pretty Perennial bundle here.

    I also used our new Blending Brushes to add color to the white flowers.  Love these so much!

  • Quick yet beautiful cards with the True Love Designer paper & video

    Sometimes you can let the designer paper do all of the work.  Look at this classy, beautiful card I made with the True Love Designer Paper!

    I used Daffodil Delight Blends marker to color in the flowers; coloring mainly on the printed lines on the flowers. Granny Apple Green for the leaves. Simple & quick!
