Playful Patterns cards kit to go; time limited!

The August cards kit to go features the fun & unique Playful Patterns designer paper.  It's perfect for so many happy occasions.

I created 10 cards for this cards kit to go in the beautiful array of colors in the designer paper.

Aren't they neat?!  This paper totally inspired me to create fun, playful cards.  I only used a few inks too!  Night of Navy, Coastal Cabana, and Crushed Curry!

This kit to go includes $20 in product and the 10 cards pre-cut also.  Here's what's included:

  • 1/2 package of the 6" Playful Patterns designer paper
  • 1 full package of the Playful Patterns ribbon combo pack
  • 1/2 pkg. of the Playful Patterns Resin Dots
  • the 10 pre-cut cards including punched & die-cut pieces
  • the pdf written tutorial sent in an email

I used the Many Mates stamp set to finish the cards.  If you'd like to add it on you can get it at 10% off with the kit.

This pre-cut kits are available through August 20th.  But there is an option to get the Playful Patterns cards pdf tutorial without the kit too.

  • $28 for the full kit to go; order here.
  • $60 for the full kit and the Many Mates stamp set here
  • $15 for the Tutorial here

I actually have two kits available in August.  If you want both this kit to go AND the Life is Beautiful kit seen here send me a note and I can combine shipping and save you some money!  Send to lagreff60@gmail.com for a combined shipping price.

  • Beautiful Color Combo inspiration with a fun fold card

Each month my Flowerbug's Team have either a sketch or a color challenge.  This is the current one we're playing with:

    Isn't this a beautiful combination?

I realize that a card I made a few months ago almost meets this challenge.

My colors include Pretty in Pink, Lost Lagoon & White.  This Pretty Petals stamp set and the dies are now half price in the Last Chance list.  See it here.

It's also a fun fold card as well.  Here's a link to the video.

  • Wow! Check out this fabulous fun fold that’s actually easy! Video & free project sheet too

I'm super excited to share this neat fancy fold card with you today.  I made it on a recent video which I've added towards the bottom of this post.

I chose to use the beautiful Botanical Textures DSP seen here with Petunia Pop, Black & White.

It starts out with a 11" X 4 1/4" piece of card stock that you score three times.  Then you add a 'bridge or brace' in the center that does the fun pop-up work.  Watch the video to see how it's done. And check out the free project sheet below too.

I stamped the greeting with the Linked Together stamp set and the leaves with the Textured Notes stamp set. The greeting die-cuts are from the Stylish Shapes and Spotlight on Nature dies.

It folds perfectly flat for mailing too!

I hope you'll watch the video below to see how to assemble this neat card. It's super fun to play with.

Here is the free project sheet with measurements & directions. Click on the following link to print or download it.  Download Floating Center pop out card

Below is the video tutorial: I hope you watch it and see the other really special fancy fold.  I'll share that tomorrow!
