Neat fun fold card 3 ways! With free tutorial & video

We made this special card at my January card clubs. They could choose between 3 colors and themes too!

I featured the Addressed to You stamp set for all three cards. See the cute ovals & rectangle with the ‘filled in’ images on the right? Those are all part of this unique stamp set! See it here.

I used the retiring Textured Notes dies seen here. They’re the stitched edge rectangle dies used twice on this card. They are on the last chance list right now and reduced in price too!

This card opens with a type of flip/flap feel. Here’s how we cut off the tabs on the card base. Once you score your card you’ll make a pencil mark from the top and bottom at 1″. Then trim off the corners.

My colors include Pool Party, White and either Pretty in Pink, Fresh Freesia or Peach Pie.

More details:

I used the images that finished the lined oval & rectangle to decorate the inside ‘left’ edge on the cards.
We used Blends markers to color in the small images.
The DSP is the Beach Boardwalk designer paper for the left edge.
The greetings are from the stamp set called ‘The Right Words’ seen here. It’s one of my favorite greeting sets.

I was in the middle of the video tutorial for this card but the video failed right before I started the project. And I made my last packet. So I do not have a video for it. But hopefully the project sheet above helps you out.

Card kit to go; craft safely in your own home!

There have been many closures and cancellations announced this week due to the Corona Virus. I am continuing to hold my small events so far as most are under 10 people. But if you're playing it safe and staying home, I have a great option for you to continue to craft in your home.

Rise & Shine; a cute reversible stamp set!

We played with the Rise & Shine stamp set this weekend at Becky's workshop. I love these colors together!

It's Flirty Flamingo, Petal Pink and Smoky Slate. We used the Detailed Trio punch to round the corners on opposite sides of our layers here.

The checked patterned paper is from the Pleased as Punch pkg seen here. It's available just through March.

Golden Honey Scrapbook Class with a kit to go option

Scrapbooking was my first paper crafting hobby. Now I spend a lot more time making cards than I do scrapbook pages.

I just knew the Golden Honey specialty designer paper would make gorgeous layouts! This designer paper is no longer available during Sale-a-Bration but I have a supply of it for these classes.

I made 5 beautiful, unique layouts with 12 X 12" card stock. Because this paper is black and white based with some gold accents I could add lots of fun colors to create my layouts. I LOVE black and white with a pop of color on my projects!

Here's a full view of two of them. This first layout has Bermuda Bay as the main color with the Detailed Bee dies. The page title is from the Hand-Lettered Prose dies seen here.

Here's another one in all black and white with gold accents. I added daisy punched accents on this page.

There isn't any stamping on these pages; it's all pre-cut, punched or die-cut pieces. It also includes the embellishments too. All you need is adhesive so it's perfect to finish up at home!

The class is on Saturday, March 28th at 2 pm. The cost is $25 for all 10 pages. It's also available as a kit to go for both local and long distance customers. It's an extra $5 for shipping. RSVP by March 19th to receive a kit.

The kit includes everything you see; pre-cut pieces, die-cuts, photos and tips on assembly. Kits are mailed out at the end of March.
