NEAT Center Pop-up Fun Fold card with video & free project sheet

I hope you're enjoying your holiday weekend.  We are having a quiet one at home, getting yard work done and also enjoying time off together. We've had lovely rain lately. The grass is green and I hope my garden takes off once the weather warms up a bit. 

On last week's Live I made a super neat fun fold card.  This photo shows the card front which starts out as a gatefold card.

I was inspired by two of my team members to try this fun fold card layout.  I thought it looked quite complicated but they assured me it wasn't.  They were right!  It was just a few extra score and cut lines. I hope you'll watch the video below to see how it's done.

  • Nature’s Prints with an easy white-washing technique video

    I made this beautiful card on Tuesday's FB live.  It's made with the Nature's Prints bundle.

    The colors are Orchid Oasis and Starry Sky – two of our newest In Colors that pair beautifully together!  They are a rich blue with a hint of purple in the Orchid Oasis color.  The white edge on this card is made with the Blossoming Happiness dies.  

    You might wonder how I colored the leaves white.  It's called the whitewashing technique.  I stamped them in Orchid Oasis and used White craft ink, a bit of rubbing alcohol and a water brush. You can watch how it's done in the video here.  It's my first project of three.  You can see the other two below as well as a sample I cased from the catalog too.  

    They're all made with the Nature's Prints bundle seen here.  It was my top pick in the new Annual Catalog by Stampin' Up!.
