More Earthen Textures card ideas

Here is another simple but pretty card I made on last week's Live video. 

Earthen Textures 2 Save

It features the Earthen Textures stamp set & dies bundle.  Unfortunately the dies are in low inventory so they may be unavailable soon.   But they'll be back I'm sure.  You can see them here.  

I'm not quite ready for fall yet but I do love this color combination of Pecan Pie & Pretty Peacock.  A little touch of gold adds some elegance with the Gold Distressed paper and Festive Pearls.  I added more detail with a stitched edge with the Stitched with Whimsy dies. That notebook die-cut edge is from the Gorgeously Made dies seen here.

I didn't even add any bling or embellishments to this one.  I think it needs something… maybe gold pearls? 

I stamped the vase in Pecan Pie on Basic White and die-cut it out.  Then added another die-cut of the handles from our Gold Distressed paper. The greeting is heat embossed with White embossing powder on Pretty Peacock card stock.

The nice thing about this layout is you can get 5 card fronts from one 8 1/2" X 11" paper when using my 5 at a time layouts.  See them here on this post.

  • Hand-Penned Cards Kit to go!

    I had a few requests to feature the pretty Hand-Penned designer paper for a kit to go.  So I had a play with it and came up with these cards: 

    Hand-Penned all. Save

    This kit to go includes a 10 cards pre-cut kit with 2 each of 5 designs including many fun-fold cards.  *Opt in by June 18th to get it!

    • the 10 pre-cut cards including all pre-cut, punched & die-cut pieces needed to complete the cards.

  • Pretty Pansy Patch fun fold card with measurements!

    Check out this pretty fun fold card using the Pansy Patch suite:

    The flowers are die-cut from the Pansy Petals designer paper.  Yes; the Pansy dies match the Designer paper perfectly – 2 sets each of leaves and flowers coordinate!

    Note that adorable golden bee embellishment.  They're called Bumblebee trinkets but they are currently unavailable.  They should be back in stock around June 7th.

    Here are the measurements for this pretty card: 

    • Evening Evergreen:  8 ½” X 5 ½” base scored at 1 ¼” and 4 ¼”
    • Fresh Freesia: 1” X 5 ¼”
    • Basic White:  2 pieces – 3” X 4 ¼” for stitched rectangle die-cut and 2 ¾” X 4” for inside
    • Pansy Petals Designer Paper: 1 ½” X 5 ½” plus more for the die-cut pansies
