More amazing Clean & Simple swap cards by the Flowerbug’s

I shared 4 of our Team swaps yesterday and today I'm sharing more. They're all incredible!

Our theme was to create cards that are 'Clean & Simple' without any designer paper. This is NOT easy for some advanced stampers!

First up is Karen's card which is just her style:

She used the Mini corrugated 3D embossing folder seen here and linen thread. Plus the Painted Lavender & Friends for Life die-cuts on her Basic Beige & White card.

Next is a stunning card made by Paula. She used the new Thankful Garden bundle seen here.

Her colors include Very Vanilla & Crumb Cake. She heat embossed the floral image in Gold embossing powder. The background is made with the Thankful Garden stencils included in the bundle.

Just gorgeous Paula!!

And look at the incredible card Jacki made!

She used the Friends for Life dies and the Waves 3D embossing folder. Simply White with a pop of Black for an elegant look.

Next is Joan's monochromatic card featuring the Coffee with Friends stamp set:

She used Pecan Pie and colored the images in with watercolor pencils. Beautifully done!

Neat Accordion Window Flip card fold with Crane of Fortune with video!

I shared a few fun fold cards on last week's Tuesday Facebook Live. I featured the Crane of Fortune bundle from the 2022 Spring Catalog by Stampin' Up! This bundle is not returning in the new Annual Catalog next month. See it here

It's beautiful in Gray Granite, Calypso Coral and Evening Evergreen. The colors were chosen because of the Symbols of Fortune specialty DSP. It's gorgeous! The photo below does NOT do it justice!

The Good Fortune dies coordinate with this designer paper. I was able to cut the pretty flower on the front directly from this paper. I did fussy cut the smaller flower to add above it.

I die-cut the window and the rectangle layers with the Stitched Rectangle dies seen here. Love these dies!

- Card stock 5 ½” X 8 ½”
- White inside 5” X 8”, score at 2, 4, 6, 8” on the long side
- Window is 2 ¼” X 3 5/8”, DSP 1 ¾” X 3 1/8”
- CS is 2” X 3 3/8”

Crane of Fortune Split Diagonal card with video; a great way to show off your Designer Paper

I love this card layout! It is an easy way to show off a peak of your pretty designer paper! I'm calling it a Diagonal Split card.

This quick Fun Fold design makes the most of your double-sides Designer Paper!

Have you ever made a card that surprised you with how easy it was and amazed you with it's simple beauty? This beautiful card did that for me:

I chose the Symbols of Fortune suite which includes the Crane of Fortune stamp set and the Symbols of Fortune specialty DSP that is on sale right now at 50% off!

Other products include the Hippo & Friend dies (retired now), the Layering Circles dies and the 1/4" white seam binding ribbon.

Here are the simple measurements:
- Black card base 5 1/2" X 5 1/4" scored at 1" on the 5 1/4" side
- DSP 3/4" X 5 1/4" strip & 4" X 5 1/4" for the front flap
- White inside is 4" X 5 1/4"

My card base is Granny Apple Green and the greeting is stamped twice; once on the Label Me Lovely punched piece and again on a strip of Melon Mambo CS.
