Masterful Monochromatic Floral Swap cards by my Flowerbugs

Today is the last of the pretty monochromatic cards my Flowerbug's gals made for our January swap. The theme was a challenge for some but others found it easy. Have you made a monochromatic card before? If not try it!

This first card was made by Tracey using the Meadow dies in Blushing Bride & White.

There are so many beautiful details!

All of these flowers, butterfly & greeting dies are from the Meadow dies seen here. They're cut from White, Bushing Bride & Vellum CS
The texture is from the Bark 3D embossing folder seen here.
She sponged on one of the die-cuts and the textured piece too.
The greeting is heat embossed using White embossing powder

Next is a card made by Ginny using the Color & Contour bundle seen here. She chose to use the In Color Pale Papaya.

The designer paper is from our 6 X 6" In Color assorted DSP pack seen here. Did you know we have patterned paper in each of our Stampin' Up! colors! I love how easy it is to coordinate our products with our color line. It just makes me happy!

Next is a card Candace made using the new Sale-a-Bration free bundle called Friendly Hello seen here.

Here are the details:

Her colors are Blushing Bride & Flirty Flamingo. She stamped her flowers on both the greeting circle and the Blushing Bride card base.
She used the Basic Border dies to trim off the front edge for a stitched detail.
The striped DSP is on the inside of the card. It's from the Host Pattern Party DSP
She textured the larger circle with the new Gingham embossing folder.
The ribbon is our new Frayed White ribbon in the Jan-June catalog.

A SMART way to use your 6 X 6″ paper with this neat fun fold card; video too!

On yesterday's FB Live I shared three unique fun fold cards. See that video here on my YouTube channel. Be sure to subscribe too!

This card is probably my favorite fold. It makes the BEST use of your 6 X 6" designer paper!

I chose to feature the Butterfly Kisses 6" DSP in the 2022 Annual Catalog by Stampin' Up! It's filled with bright colors & fun prints with printed butterflies you can cut out!

It coordinates with the Build a Butterfly dies and the Best Butterfly Bundle seen here.

I chose to use Starry Sky with White & Parakeet Party for my main colors. The 'pull out' tag for the front is from the Tailor Made Tags dies seen here.

Blessings of Home & Flowers of Home dies projects

Look at this pretty card I made on last week's Facebook Live.

Lots of pretty details on this card:
- Blessings of Home stamp set & Flowers of Home dies for the leaves
- I used watercolor pencils & blender pen to color the floral image
- the gold honeycomb sheet is from the Sweet Sunflower Paper Pumpkin kit; it was a free gift add on
- I used the gold honeycomb sheet to add a pretty, blended background using Balmy Blue ink & a Blending Brush

I made a second card using mostly the Flowers of Home dies.

I cased the card from Sue Mohr; I thought it was simply elegant way to create a 'wreath' around the oval sentiment.

The oval dies are from the Fabulous Frames dies seen here. When you cut out the oval it creates both the frame and the inside; two pieces with one die!

I textured the White layer with the Quatrefoil embossing folder seen here. It's so pretty and works perfectly with these flower & leaves die-cuts.

The colors I used are Balmy Blue, Pear Pizzazz, Polished Pink and Fresh Freesia.

Tip; when adding these delicate die-cuts use just a tiny but of Multipurpose Liquid glue.
