Inspired Thoughts Bundle; a beautiful scene

I created this card for an online swap I participated in last month. I just love it!

The main 4 trees die-cut can be cut apart which opens a whole world of possibilities!

Here's how I made it:

Die-cut the trees and hill using the Inspiring Canopy dies (seen below).
Cut the 4 trees apart at the bottom connection point. Set aside.
Sponge clouds using Pool Party ink onto the 4" X 5 1/4" Basic White CS. I used the Basic Border dies (cloud).
Sponge Calypso Coral ink onto the bottom third of this piece.
Adhere the trees to the edge of each side.
Add the hill piece; trim off excess from hill and trees. Adhere to the Calypso Coral card base.
Finish with Genial Gems.

Everyday Details Fun Fold card

I hope you enjoyed your New Year's weekend. We had a nice 3 day weekend with no plans at all. My husband was in the mood to clean and organize so we did lots of cleaning, boxing up donated items and taking down outside Christmas lights.

Plus we made some fabulous meals, put together a puzzle and watched some of our favorite shows. I love a relaxing yet productive weekend!

This is one of the swap cards I made last month. I joined 6 swaps and had to make around 18-22 of each.

It features the new Everyday Details bundle and the new Rock & Roll designer paper. Both are new products in our upcoming 2024 Spring catalog – it goes live on Thursday, January 4th!

I stamped the nest image on one of the die-cuts in the bundle and the greeting on another.

- White card base is 8 1/2" X 5 1/2" scored at 3" & 7 1/4"
- Rock & Roll DSP is 2 3/4" X 5 1/4"
- Coastal Cabana is 1" X 5 1/4"; textured with the Basics 3D emboss folder
- The eggs are colored with Wink of Stella and Coastal Cabana ink.

I hope your new year is filled with Peace, Good Health, Happiness & Prosperity

I thought I'd share the event we held on December 16th. My local friends and I held a big fundraising Holiday Bazaar to benefit a few local non-profit organizations.

It was held at our church and as you can see it was jam packed with fabulous handmade crafts & goodies. We offered tons of crafts, gifts, handmade cards, baked & home-canned goods, cookie trays & more. Plus we had a silent auction, vendors and lunch!

It was a great success as we raised over $3200 for our charities! It was a fun-filled day and the time & effort was well worth it to support our local non-profits.
