Gorgeous cards in the Enjoy the Moment card kit or tutorial

I knew I wanted to feature this pretty designer paper called Enjoy the Journey for a card kit to go but I wasn't sure quite how or where to start!

But once I decided to go with scenic and silhouette cards they came together wonderfully!  *this dsp is also available free with a $50 Stampin' Up! order through February.

I am thrilled with these cards; they're gorgeous!  I included quite a few fancy folds too. 

The kit to go  includes 1/2 pkg. (6" X 12") of the Enjoy the Journey DSP, a share of both 3 twine combo and black matte dots, 10 envelopes, the pre-cut cards including die-cut & punched pieces and you'll receive the PDF tutorial free.  

I also have the PDF tutorial only available if you do not want the pre-cut kit.  However the kit is the best deal; you receive $20 in product (before tax & shipping) plus the 10 pre-cut cards for just $28!  

Opt in here for the card kit by February 19 to get it.  Or choose the PDF tutorial here instead.  This kit is mailed out at the end of February via Priority Mail.  The PDF tutorial will be send to you via email immediately after payment.

*You will need the following to complete your cards:

  • Black ink and greeting images (I used Happy Labels)
  • a paper trimmer to cut your new DSP, adhesives, optional embossing folder

  • See them all! Two different versions of this fun fold card with gift card option

    Monday night we made these neat fun fold cards on FB Live. If you're not following me on Facebook you can do so here.  I do 6 Facebook lives a month!  

    4 square Side flap card FB Live Save

    The top two cards feature the Tidings & Trimmings bundle & the Tidings of Christmas 6 X 6" DSP. Both are in a suite seen in the annual catalog on pages 88-89 or here. 

    The bottom two cards feature the new Eden's Garden stamp set & the Ever Eden specialty designer paper.  See them both here. 

    Measurements:

    • Card base 5 1/2" X 8 1/2" scored at 4 1/4" plus 1" X 4" strip for embossed layer. *To cut the front flap, cut at the 4 1/4" point to the score line. 
    • Cherry Cobbler card stock 4" square, plus 3/4" X 5" strip
    • DSP 1 7/8" squares X 4 (can be 1 3/4" to leave a space between like the card on the lower left)
    • White inside layer 3 1/2" square

    Do you see the difference in the two cards below?  Note the space between the designer paper squares on the left card. The DSP squares on the left are 1 3/4" in size.  The DSP on the right card are 1 7/8" in size so they have no space in between.

  • Cute Hat treat box with template for winter, Christmas or baby!

    Check out this CUTE project I made on last week's Facebook Live.  It's an adorable hat that doubles as a treat box. Besides Christmas this could be perfect for a child or a baby shower!

    The two hats are made with our Layering Circle dies and Whimsy & Wonder specialty DSP. I used the largest scalloped die and the largest smooth die in the set.  To get the sides of the greeting strips I used the round end of a punch. *tip shared in the video here.  They are 1/2" and 3/4" in width.
