Do you have trouble tossing those small pieces of Designer Paper left from a project? I sure do! There has to be a way to use them, right? Well you can use them easily with this technique!
See? It's quite eye-catching isn't it? I kept the cards very simple to highlight the paper. Each one features the Celebration Tidings stamp set. The card above features the Plaid Tidings designer paper; it's on saleright now too!

The Live video is at 7:30 pm CT here on my Facebook page.If you aren't following me yet, be sure to do that so you don't miss the 6 videos I do each month.
The 2nd & 4th Monday night videos are 'Stamp with Me' videos where I encourage you to prep your pieces and create right along with me. I share the measurements & supplies needed a day or two ahead of time on my FB page here. Of course you can choose to watch first and make yours later too.
Here's a photo of them laying flat. My colors include Pool Party, Poppy Parade, Old Olive on the left card. The card on the right is Fresh Freesia, Rich Razzleberry & Shaded Spruce.
Striking card swaps; Black & White with a ‘Pop’ of color
Our Flowerbug's Team swap theme in March was to make a Black & White card with a pop of color. I'm proud to share the cards my talented gals made in today's post.
First is Candy's card featuring Melon Mambo as her pop of color.
Rainbow of Happiness in Black & White with a ‘pop’ of color!
I saw a similar card using the Rainbow of Happiness that was in Black & pink and I knew it would be perfect for my Flowerbug's Team swap this month. The theme was Black & White with a 'pop' of color.
I chose to use Magenta Madness. It's retiring this month and available herewhile supplies last.
I stamped the three rainbows in Black Memento ink using my Stamparatus. Making multiple cards with the Stamparatus is THE BEST WAY! There's no guessing with stamp placement.
