Bunny Punch Art; a Pillow Box treat

I made this project on this week's Facebook Live.  Join me at 11 am each Tuesday here. 

I have seen a few of these cute punch art bunnies and wanted to make some!

I'll be sending one of these to my 6 year old granddaughter; who loves animals and chocolate. 

It's just two punches to create one; the Medium Daisy and Balloon Bouquet punches.  I used Crumb Cake and Blushing Bride card stock.  The pom pom 'tail' totally makes it a bunny!  These pom poms are from the Birthday Bonanza suite but sadly they are currently unavailable; they're out of stock.  I hope they get more in soon. 

That fun swirled die-cut circle is from the Painted Label dies on page 26 of the mini catalog.  They are also currently unavailable but hopefully they'll be back soon.  The Poppies products have been very popular!

  • Stunning cards in the Thoughtful Journey kit to go; or choose the PDF tutorial

    I couldn't wait to play and create with the gorgeous Thoughtful Journey designer paper.  I think scenic paper like this makes card making a breeze!  I decided to make each card a fancy fold too.

    I design my kit around the paper and added supplies so all you need to add is stamped greetings. I chose to use the So Sincere set this time; which you can add on at a discount.

    I was so excited when I saw the Frames & Flowers designer paper in the new catalog. It has multiple sheets of pre-cut elements that coordinate with the paper.  This makes it so easy to create with as you don't have to stamp or die-cut additional pieces.

  • Spotlight on Nature fun fold card; free project sheet & video tutorial

    Today I'm sharing the second card I created on last week's Live video.  Both feature new in colors and the Spotlight on Nature bundle.

    SPOTLIGHT ON NATURE BUNDLE Save

    This card really shows off the two embossing folders I used.  On the card below I used the Dotted Circles 3D folder seen here. It's an extra large folder (6" X 8 1/2") that has very deep texture.  It's Shy Shamrock with Pretty in Pink. The designer paper is the Unbounded Beauty.

    The card below features the Eyelet 3D folder which is quite pretty & delicate. See it here. This card is Petunia Pop with Shy Shamrock. 

    Do you notice the difference in the greetings?  I fussy cut one to add to the In Color Glimmer paper and the other I simply trimmed the ends at an angle.
