Blessings of Home card ideas; beautiful layouts

This week I'm sharing Monochromatic cards made by my Flowerbug's Team members. It was our swap theme this month.

It was a challenge for some but their cards were incredible as usual! Both cards today feature the Blessings of Home bundle; seen here.

This first card was created by Marilyn. Her colors include Misty Moonlight, Night of Navy & White.

She used the large flower image to create a background using Misty Moonlight ink for a pretty tone on tone look. She stamped the flower again on a piece of White CS and used the dies to cut it out. You cannot see in the photo but she added Wink of Stella to the flower.

It's adhered over a pretty Encircled in Beauty Navy die-cut.

This next card was created by Tracey using the same Blessings of Home bundle.

She used 3 different designer papers here – Heart & Home, Hand-Penned & the In Color 6 X 6" prints. I love how our colors & products coordinate so effortlessly. Our color coordination is what brought me to Stampin' Up! and keeps me happy to stay.

Details:

She stamped her flower image in Basic Gray ink and colored it in with Blends markers. It's fussy cut with the coordinating die-cut.
She heat embossed her greeting with White embossing powder onto Designer Paper. What a gorgeous card and a neat layout.

Lots to Celebrate stamp set & fun card ideas

This fun, versatile stamp set is my good friend Susie Wood's Million Dollar Achiever stamp set. She created it to coordinate with the Jar Punch. Click here to see it online. Aren't they fun? I cased three cards she made and sent me and changed them up a bit; some more than others.

The colors above are Pumpkin Pie with Crushed Curry & Early Espresso. That gorgeous designer paper is from the Plaid Tidings seen here. I used three punches here; the Fancy Tag Topper, the Jar punch and the Autumn Punch Pack.

I received quite a wonderful surprise in the mail last week from Jakelle; a demonstrator in eastern North Dakota. Look at what she made me!

I am so grateful for the fabulous friends I've made; both online and in person. I would say I have the best job ever; but it doesn't feel like a job! I'm loving it. And like my stamp set says, Life is Beautiful!

Life is Beautiful Apple Tree; get the secret to easy apples!

Here's one more card with my Life is Beautiful stamp set. We made this one at my August Card Clubs.

The colors are the new In Color Just Jade with Early Espresso & Real Red. See the tiny 'apples' on the tree? Well I wanted just a few apples from the large bokeh dots image. I have a surprising way of stamping just a few of the stamp image. I dare you to try it! Watch the video below to see what I did!

That pretty stitched shape is from the Celebration Label dies seen here. There are 5 sizes of this shape in the set!
