3rd set of WOW Masculine swap cards by my Team!

I have another set of incredible swap cards made by my Flowerbug's Team. Our theme in July was masculine cards and the cards are out of this world creative! I'm sharing a bunch each day this week.

First up is a card made by Candace. She really went outside the box with her background strip idea. The various widths & lengths of strips are a clever & unique way to set up her aquatic scene.

She used the 'Whale Done' stamp set and the coordinating Whale punch. That neat 'seaweed' is from the Delicate Edges dies seen here.

Her colors are unique but sure work well together! They are Soft Sea Foam, Evening Evergreen, Soft Succulent & Orchid Oasis. Great job!!

Next is Becky's fun 'sailboat' card. She used the Let's Set Sail Bundle seen here.

Her colors are Night of Navy, Parakeet Party & Sahara Sand. The DSP is from the Sun Prints. It's a fancy fold too!

Notice her clouds on the background? She used the Friends are Like Seashells stamps for those! So clever!

Measurements:

The card base is 4 1/4" X 11" scored at 5 1/2".
The long strip is 1 1/2" X 11" scored at 2 3/4", 5 1/2" & 8 1/4" and is adhered only at the two end pieces.
The squares are 1 3/4" & 2" in size.

Next is a wonderful card made by Monica. She used the Dragonfly Garden stamp set & coordinating Dragonflies punch.

Details:

Her colors include Soft Suede, Soft Succulent & Evening Evergreen. She textured the various strips using the new Painted Posies 3D embossing folder.
The strips are all 4 3/4" long but vary in width from 5/8" – 1 1/4" all adhered to a 4" X 5 1/4" piece of White CS. Again, strips to the rescue for a unique background idea; perfect for men.
The greeting die-cuts are from the Stitched Rectangle dies.
The dragonfly is stamped on Vellum and punched out. But she stamped it again on a piece of the Texture Chic specialty DSP for the center. So it has gold details on it!

Beautiful Team Swaps; featuring a tree theme

Last weekend we held our monthly Flowerbug's Team meeting and swap. I can't wait to share all of the cards with you! Our theme was to use leaves, trees or water on a card and each and every one is amazing!!! I'll share a few each day this week.

First is a card made by Annette featuring the Beauty of the Earth designer paper.

The clean and simple design really shows off this beautiful designer paper – Beauty of the Earth. It is on the retiring list right now; see it here. The bottom strip of a line of trees is one of the papers in this pack. What a perfect way to show it off and how well it coordinates with another sheet she used for her large circle. The sentiment is from 'In the Moment' stamp set. This was cased from Rachael Tessman.

Next is a card created by Marilyn. She also used the pretty Beauty of the Earth designer paper.

The card stock is Night of Navy and she used Old Olive accents with the Bough Punch. The dies are the Stitched So Sweetly which are on the retiring list and one I'm soooo sad to see going away! See it here.

Her card is a fun fold – Card base is 5 1/2" X 8 1/2" scored at 2 1/8" & 4 1/4" on the 8 1/2" side. The DSP is1 7/8" X 5 1/4"

Next is a pretty card made by Tracey. She is featuring the Beauty of Friendship bundle seen here.

Her main image is stamped on our 12 X 12" Linen paper seen here. After stamping her tree and cloud she colored the background with Blends markers! Who knew you could stamp & color on it so beautifully!?

She adhered the linen (since it's adhesive-backed) to her paper first. Then used the Take Your Pick tool to pull away some of the threads on the sides. Isn't this amazing!

Neat Accordion Window Flip card fold with Crane of Fortune with video!

I shared a few fun fold cards on last week's Tuesday Facebook Live. I featured the Crane of Fortune bundle from the 2022 Spring Catalog by Stampin' Up! This bundle is not returning in the new Annual Catalog next month. See it here

It's beautiful in Gray Granite, Calypso Coral and Evening Evergreen. The colors were chosen because of the Symbols of Fortune specialty DSP. It's gorgeous! The photo below does NOT do it justice!

The Good Fortune dies coordinate with this designer paper. I was able to cut the pretty flower on the front directly from this paper. I did fussy cut the smaller flower to add above it.

I die-cut the window and the rectangle layers with the Stitched Rectangle dies seen here. Love these dies!

Crane of Fortune Split Diagonal card with video; a great way to show off your Designer Paper

I love this card layout! It is an easy way to show off a peak of your pretty designer paper! I'm calling it a Diagonal Split card.
